An internal Chinese martial art used for health and self-defense. Classes focus on the minute details we often overlook about ourselves in day to day living. Balance, Breath, Posture, Range of motion and consciousness. All of these things can be taken for granted in our fast pace day to day living. Instructors from Wu Hsing Shan come with decades of experience and have been servicing the community for many years. Come try a class Thursdays at 6 PM and see if this is a fit for you.
