5 week Clinic Based Program that will focus on the basic skills & foundations of Lacrosse.

Boys Grades 3-6
Coach: Ben Coombs

Coaches will modify practices so players work on individual skills, rather than on competition. Coaches may also put players into small groups (cohorts) that remain together and work through stations, rather than switching groups or mixing groups. Please read over the "Additional Rules and Procedures." Link Below.

Maritime Field 
Wednesdays 5:15-6:15pm

Residents: $20 
Non Residents: $25


-Personal equipment will only be used by their owner- no sharing
-Shared equipment provided by the Rec Dept will be cleaned between uses.
-No sharing of food or drinks
-Avoid touching face or any objects
-We recommend one parent per child. Please avoid bringing a car full of spectators.

Players must bring the following; BOYS: Stick, Helmet, Elbow Pads, Shoulder Pads, Gloves, Mouth Guard (Cleats Optional, but Strongly Encouraged)

*Some practices will not require full padding.
